MEMBERSHIP

There are four (4) Managing Members of NTXB LLC (hereafter referred to as the "LLC"). Each shall have an equal interest in the LLC. Additional or replacement members may be admitted by a unanimous vote of the LLC on such terms and conditions as unanimously agreed. Unless otherwise agreed at the time of admission, all Managing Members of the LLC shall have an equal interest in the LLC.

Myschievia is a temporary community that exists as a forum for participant driven creativity and artistic self-expression. There are no spectators, no cash transactions are permitted*, and the event is organized entirely by volunteers. Respect, community, inclusivity, and acceptance are driving principles of the event.
